The Mirador del Fitu is a magical viewpoint in Asturias with a 360 degrees panorama for 80 years of pure natural bliss. Located only 5 kilometers from the coast. It offers on one side, a stunning view of the mountain range Picos de Europa. On the other hand, the horizon shows the Bay of Biscay. The Mirador del Fituis located in the mountain range Sierra del Sueveand inaugurated back in 1927. This flying saucer shape suspends almost magically above the ground. It gives visitors a full panoramic view in Asturias at close to 600 meters above sea level.

Otherwise, if you enjoy hillwalking, there is a hiking route from “Mirador del Fitu” to Picu Pienzu at 1.149 meters. The difficulty is low, and it takes approximately between 4 and 5 hours to get back. This peak is particularly attractive due to the fact it stands as one of the closest to the sea of the whole planet. Above all, enjoy the breathtaking views from Picu Pienzu.
