Goût France-Good France is an initiative emerging four years ago as a tribute to the French cuisine. The day chosen for this celebration is the first day of spring, March 21st, with the participation of more than 3,000 restaurants from 150 countries making it the most important gastronomic event on the planet.
El Candil restaurant in Gijón joins the celebration of Goût de France with an attractive French menu consisting of a Lyonnaise soup, followed by a Ratatouille, a duck magret in pear sauce and a Tatin cake with vanilla ice cream, all washed down with Gran Bateau.
